Esselgroup

Esselgroup is located on the second floor of the Bane Compound in Tardeo, Mumbai. We are in B-Block, right on RTO Lane. If you know Mumbai, you know Tardeo is a busy, central place to be. The building we are in is an old-school compound style. It’s got that specific Mumbai character where there are a lot of different businesses all crammed into one area. We are on the second floor, so we get to look out at the RTO Lane traffic, which is almost always backed up. Inside the office, it’s a mix of different departments doing their own thing. It can be a bit chaotic because the group is quite large and there are always people coming in for meetings or to drop off documents. We don't have those ultra-modern glass offices you see in movies. It’s more of a practical, lived-in space with lots of history. The walls have some scuffs and the desks are well-used. We just focus on our daily responsibilities. Whether it's media or other business, there is always a lot of coordination needed. We eat lunch from the local dabbas or grab something from the stalls downstairs. It’s a hard-working atmosphere. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just try to keep up with the pace of the city. Being near the RTO means it’s easy to find us, even if the lane itself is always a bit of a squeeze.
