Down in Byrappa Lane, things move at their own pace. We are located at No.-4, right near Jalahalli Cross. If you know 100 Feet Road, you know how hectic it gets around here. Our workshop is tucked away a bit, which is nice when the main road gets blocked up with trucks. We spend most of our time out on the floor. There is always a machine running or someone moving stuff around. We started out small and we've stayed pretty much the same size over the years. We don't see a reason to change much if the work is coming in. The floor is usually covered in some dust or scraps from whatever we are making that week. We wear old clothes because there’s no point in trying to stay clean in a place like this. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes we eat together and sometimes we just find a corner. We aren't big on fancy titles here. Everyone knows what they have to do, and we just get on with it. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine acts up, and that’s when the real work starts. We fix it ourselves and keep going. It is honest work, and we like being part of the local scene here in Jalahalli. Most of our neighbors know us by name now and we've been here long enough to see the whole area change around us.
