Encompass Events

Our place is at 258 Neelakanta Mudaliar. If you know Bangalore, you know the traffic around here can be a real headache. Encompass Events is basically run out of this space where we keep all our gear. There’s usually boxes piled up in the corner and cables everywhere. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. Mostly, we’re out on the road anyway. Setting things up, taking them down. It’s a lot of physical work and late nights. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most important thing we own. We’ve been in Karnataka for a long time. The neighborhood is okay, a bit loud sometimes with the trucks going past. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing unless we have to. Most of our planning happens over quick chats or on the phone while we're driving. It’s a busy life. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the front desk. My cousin helps out when things get really crazy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we set up doesn't fall over. It’s honest work. The weather here is nice, though it rains when you least want it to. We just keep moving. That’s how it goes in this business. We’ve got some spare chairs if someone drops by, but usually, we’re too busy to sit much.
