Elements Events

Elements Events is based over in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, specifically in Bhekrai Nagar within the Telco Colony at 981/1. It is a quiet enough area compared to the main city center, which we actually quite like. We spend most of our time getting ready for different celebrations. There is always something to be moved, like chairs or sound systems, and we do a lot of that ourselves. We have been in Telco Colony for a while and the people around here are familiar with us. We aren't trying to be some massive international agency. We are just a local team that knows how to put together a decent event. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or a vendor forgets a piece of equipment, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just part of the job. Our place at 981/1 is where we keep all the stuff we need for the weekends. It is often a bit cluttered with decorations and cables. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. If someone needs a stage set up or a room decorated, we just get to work. We like working in Bhekrai Nagar because it feels like a real community. It’s not always easy, especially when you have to carry heavy gear up stairs or deal with last minute changes, but it's what we do. We just do the work and try to be honest with everyone who walks in.
