Eih Limited (The Oberoi Hotle Bengaluru)

We are located at No-37-39 on MG Road, right by Trimity Circle. Most people know the building even if they haven't stayed here. Working at Eih Limited with the hotel in Bengaluru means things are always moving. It’s a big place, and there is always something that needs doing, whether it’s in the lobby or back in the kitchens. We have a lot of staff who have been here for years. It’s a bit different from a small shop because of the size, but we still try to keep things grounded. The traffic around Trimity Circle can be a nightmare in the evenings, but inside it stays fairly quiet. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are ready and the gardens are looked after. It’s a lot of work behind the scenes that people don't always see. We don't really do the fancy marketing talk here in the office; we just focus on the daily tasks. There are always guests coming and going, from business travelers to families on holiday. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when a big event is happening, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s a busy spot in a busy city. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time now. Even with all the new buildings going up around MG Road, this place feels like a constant. It's just a dedicated team doing their jobs every day.
