Dubas Engg Pvt Ltd

Our office for Dubas Engg Pvt Ltd is in the Muniyappam Building over in Doddathoguru. This is part of Electronic City in Bangalore, but our street feels a bit more like a real neighborhood than the big IT parks nearby. We are on the ground floor mostly. It’s a practical space where we handle all our engineering tasks. The traffic in this part of town is usually pretty thick, so we get used to the sound of horns outside. Inside, it’s mostly us talking over the noise of the fans. We don't have any polished floors or glass walls. It is a place for working with your hands and figuring out technical problems. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of cabinets filled with folders. People walk by the building all day long going to the local shops. We know the guy who sells coffee at the corner. Sometimes we have to move stuff in and out of the door, which can be a bit tight in the narrow street. We’ve been here for a while and the building has some character to it, meaning it’s a bit worn out in places. We don't mind. There’s a small shop next door where we get our lunch most days. It’s convenient. We don't have a big breakroom or anything fancy like that here. We just eat at our desks or head out for a bit of air. It’s a very grounded way to work.
