Our company is set up at SB-116 on 3rd Cross in the 1st Stage of Peenya Industrial Estate. Peenya is a huge place and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the turns. We’ve been operating out of this unit for several years now. It’s a manufacturing setup, so we have machines running most of the time. The floor is concrete and the walls are filled with tools and parts. We aren't trying to be some high-tech corporate office with glass walls. We’re here to manufacture things and that’s what we spend our energy on. The noise of the neighboring factories is just part of the background for us. We have a small team of people who know how to run the equipment and keep things maintained. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements over and over. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we have to wait for the generators to kick in. We usually have our morning meeting standing up on the shop floor before the machines start. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We find that being in Peenya helps because all our suppliers are just a few streets away. We focus on the daily output and making sure the parts we make are what they’re supposed to be. It’s just a regular manufacturing life here in Bengaluru for us and the rest of the crew.
