Dream Merchants

We are based out of Pankaj Villa in Byculla East. The address is 41275 on E.S Patanwala Marg in Benson Town. It sounds like a lot when you say it all at once. Dream Merchants has been in this spot for some time now. The building is one of those older ones you find in this part of town. Byculla has its own character, a bit old-school and very busy. We have our office here and that’s where we do most of our planning. It’s not a sleek glass building. It’s just a regular villa. We deal with various projects and it keeps us on our toes. The street outside can get quite loud with all the vans and bikes going by. We’re used to the noise by now. Inside, it’s just us working away. The rooms are a bit cramped because of all the files and equipment we’ve gathered over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor or anything like that. It’s a functional space. People come by for meetings and we just sit around the old wooden table. It’s an honest way to work. Being in Byculla East means we’re close to everything. We just keep things moving, one day at a time. That’s how we’ve always done it at Pankaj Villa. It’s our place and we’re here most days. We like the local vibe of the street.
