Dream Career

You can find us at number 90 in Mahalakshmi Layout, specifically in the building called Ashirwad. It’s a pretty straightforward location in a residential and commercial mix of a neighborhood. Dream Career is the name we go by here. The office is set up to be a place where we can sit down and talk without too much distraction. Ashirwad is easy to spot once you get onto the right street. We have a few desks and chairs where people can wait if we are busy with someone else. The atmosphere is generally calm because Mahalakshmi Layout isn't as loud as the main city center. We spend a lot of time looking at papers and speaking with people who walk through the door. It’s a small operation, so you usually see the same two or three people working here every day. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice to let in some air and the sound of the birds. There isn't any flashy decor, just some calendars on the wall and a few plants by the entrance to make it feel a bit more like home. People come to us when they are looking for a change or a new start in their lives. We just listen and try to help them figure out their next step. It’s a local spot where neighbors stop by and word of mouth is how most people find their way to Ashirwad. We have been here for a bit now.
