Distinet Productivity Solutions is right on the Banashankari Link Road, at number 652. The road outside is always busy, especially with the buses and trucks rumbling past. It can make the windows vibrate a little bit during the peak hours. Our office is a single floor where we have set up our workstations. We focus on productivity, so we try to keep our own space as efficient as we can, though there are always stray coffee mugs and piles of notebooks lying around. It’s a practical place. We don't have plush carpets or expensive art. Most of our furniture is stuff we’ve gathered over the years. We spend the day helping people figure out better ways to get their work done, mostly through software or simple organizational tips. It’s a lot of talking and looking at spreadsheets. The team is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything. Jeans and a shirt are the usual. Sometimes we stay a bit late if there’s a big project, but mostly we try to get out on time to avoid the worst of the Link Road traffic. There is a small bakery down the street that we go to for snacks in the evening. It’s just a normal workplace with people who enjoy what they do and like working in the Banashankari area. Nothing more, nothing less. It works for us and our clients seem fine with it too. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just helping folks stay on top of their lists.
