Deepak Puri Architects & Interior Designers is located in Austin Town Layout. You can find us on the second floor of the BDA Flats, at unit 463, B11. It is a very familiar spot for many people who live in this part of Bangalore. We do both architecture and interior design, so there is always something going on in the office. It is not a high-rise building or a fancy corporate suite, just a regular place in the BDA complex. We have been here for a long time and the neighbors know us well. Most of our days are spent staring at computer screens or sketching on paper pads. We do not have a marketing department to talk to people. Instead, folks find us because they saw a house we worked on or a friend gave them our contact details. The 560047 area has its own local style and we try to work within that. We deal with everything from where the light switches go to how the whole structure stands up. It gets a bit crowded in here with all the wood samples and tile pieces we keep around. Sometimes we are out at construction sites more than we are sitting in the office. That is just how this job works. We do not try to sound like a big international firm. We are just a local team doing design work for people around here. It is practical and sometimes messy.
