Deepak B Kotak is the name you’ll see on the door at 2 Vittal Mallya Road. We are right in the heart of Shivaji Nagar, which means the area is always packed with people and traffic. It’s a very lively part of the city to work in. Our office isn't one of those high-rise glass buildings you see elsewhere. It’s a more traditional setup with wooden desks and lots of filing cabinets. We’ve been here for a long time, and the walls have seen a lot of history. Most of our days are filled with paperwork and phone calls. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. You can hear the bustle of the street even with the windows closed, but it’s become a kind of background music for us. We don't have any flashy marketing or a big sales team. Most people who walk through the door are regulars who have been coming to see us for years. They know exactly where to go and who to talk to. We try to keep things as straightforward as possible without any unnecessary complications. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a ten-minute break, but otherwise, it’s mostly just heads-down work. Shivaji Nagar has its own unique energy, and we’re just glad to have a small spot on Vittal Mallya Road to call our own. We keep the place running and handle whatever comes our way.
