Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering

We have been operating out of Kumaraswamy Layout for a good number of years now. If you know the Shavige Malleshwara Hills area, you probably know where our buildings are. It is a bit of a climb up the hill, which keeps everyone moving every day. The campus at Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering stays pretty busy from morning until late afternoon. You will see students walking up and down the slopes, mostly heading to the local canteens or just trying to get to their next class on time. The weather here in this part of Bangalore is usually okay, though the rain can make the hilly roads a bit slippery sometimes. J P Nagar is just a stone's throw away, so there is always plenty of traffic and noise from the main roads. We don't have a fancy entrance with a lot of flashing lights or anything like that. It is just a lot of grey and brick buildings spread out over the hills. Most people find us by following the signs near the temple or just asking the local auto drivers who know the route well. Inside, things are fairly standard. There are hallways that feel like they go on forever and classrooms that have seen a lot of use over the seasons. We just keep things running as best as we can, making sure the gates open on time and the lights stay on. It's a big place, so there is always something needing a bit of a fix or a coat of paint here and there.
