Our office is in Dare House, which is located at 234 N S C Bose Road. It is an old building and you can feel the history when you walk through the hallways. We deal with luxury products, though our actual workspace looks like any other busy office in this part of town. There are stacks of files and boxes everywhere you look. N S C Bose Road is always noisy with cars and people shouting, and that sound carries right into our rooms. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and the traffic gets too bad. Most of the time, we are just checking inventory or making sure the luxury items are stored right so they don't get damaged by the dust or the humidity. It’s funny because people hear the name Rodeo Drive and think of something very polished, but we are just regular folks working in a crowded building. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just keep track of the stock and make sure the paperwork is in order. The lift in Dare House is sometimes slow, so we take the stairs a lot. It is just a routine for us now. We have been here at number 234 for a while and we know the neighbors pretty well. We just do our jobs and then head home like everyone else. It is a lot of counting and checking boxes.
