Ten Ten Watch Company

We are located up on the first floor at No.56 Channel Road. That is over in Ulsoor. You have to walk up a narrow set of stairs to get to us. It’s not the easiest to find if you are just driving by, but we have a small sign out front. Being on the first floor is a bit quieter than being right on the street level, which is nice when you are trying to fix small watch parts. We call ourselves Ten Ten Watch Company. It’s just a name we liked. The shop has a view of the street from the window, and I often catch myself watching the traffic instead of working. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we have been too busy to get around to it. We have tools scattered across the workbenches and a lot of tiny screws that occasionally disappear into the floor cracks. It’s just a regular workshop atmosphere. We don't sell anything besides watches and the parts that go with them. Most of our customers are people from the Ulsoor neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. They know the stairs are steep, so they take their time. We appreciate that. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. We just open up in the morning, fix what needs fixing, and close up when the sun goes down.
