D R Engineering

You can find D R Engineering over on S R S Road in Peenya. We are in the Muniyappa Building, which is right behind the PES School. If you hear the sound of metal being cut or the hum of a lathe, you’re probably in the right place. We do engineering work here, mostly small parts and repairs for other companies in the industrial area. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a solid place where we keep our tools and machines. Being behind the school means we hear the kids playing during recess, which is a nice break from the machine noise. We’ve got a small team here. We don't wear uniforms, just old clothes that we don't mind getting grease on. Every morning starts with a quick talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the day. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because a machine acts up, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a big office with a computer for everyone. Mostly, we are out on the floor getting our hands dirty. People know us because we’ve been in this building for a while now. We don't spend money on ads or social media. We just do the work that comes in and try to make sure everything fits the way it's supposed to. It’s a local shop run by people who know their way around an engine and a blueprint.
