D J Sandy is located at No.13/7 on the first floor of a building on Wood Street. It’s right there by Brigade Road in Bangalore. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the noise from the street is just part of the daily routine. Being on the first floor is okay, though the stairs can be a bit steep when you're carrying heavy speakers or bags of cables. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some desks and a lot of equipment tucked into the corners. It’s not a fancy place with a lobby or anything like that. Usually, there are a few of us sitting around, checking playlists or testing out some new gear we got. The traffic on Brigade Road is always a mess, so we usually tell people to come by auto or just walk if they can. We have a small balcony that looks out towards the street, and it’s a good spot to take a quick break when things get too loud inside. The walls are covered with some old posters and we have a small kettle for making coffee in the afternoons. It gets a bit dusty with all the vehicles outside, so we’re always wiping down the mixers. We don't have a big team, just a few local guys who know their way around a soundboard. It’s a decent place to work from and we like being in the heart of the city, even with all the chaos.
