D H K Watch Works

Our shop, D H K Watch Works, is tucked into the Jyothi Building at number 31. We are near the Srinivasa Mirror Cross on 3rd Main in Ashok Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address because we are close to MG Road and BVK Iyengar Road too. This part of town is always crowded and noisy, but our little corner stays focused on the small stuff. We deal with watch repairs mostly. You’ll see us hunched over the counter with those little eye pieces on, trying to figure out why a watch has slowed down. It’s not the kind of place where you find luxury carpets or expensive coffee. We have some glass cases with watches for sale, but the real work happens on the wooden benches in the back. The building is old and the stairs can be a bit steep, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We see all kinds of people, from office workers on MG Road to shopkeepers from BVK Iyengar Road. Every watch has a story, and we hear a lot of them while we work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things that are broken and make sure they keep time correctly.
