Customer First Services

This office is run by Anand Badmanaban at No-29, Kammatchi Amman Koil Street in Polur. We’re out here in the Tiruvannamalai district, so life moves at a bit of a slower pace than the big cities. Customer First Services is a small operation, and we really just focus on helping the people who come to us. The street we’re on is named after the temple, and it’s a nice, familiar place to be. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s mostly just a few of us handling phone calls and paperwork. The office is simple—just some chairs, a few tables, and a computer that we share. We know most of the people who walk past our door, and they often stop in just to say hello. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or pretend to be bigger than we are. We just take the work as it comes and try to be helpful. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the road, and we have to clean the desks every morning. It’s just part of being in a small town. We’re proud to be part of the Polur community and we’ve been here at this address for quite a while now. My father, Deiva Sigamani, is well known around here too, so we try to keep a good reputation by just being honest. It's a quiet life but we stay busy enough to keep things interesting.
