You can find us at 201 Ramana Maharishi Road, specifically on S V P Road in the Girija Kunj Apartment. It’s a pretty convenient spot because we are right opposite the Malleswaram Railway Station. You can actually hear the announcements from the station and the sound of the trains pulling in all day long. It becomes a sort of background noise that you stop hearing after a week or two. Our office for Customer Care Coach, Hr- Systems & Training is more like a converted apartment space, which gives it a personal feel. We do HR systems and training here, so there’s often a lot of talking as we work through different coaching modules. The rooms in Girija Kunj are a bit small, but we’ve tucked in enough desks for everyone. We usually have the balcony door open for a bit of air, even if it lets in some dust from Ramana Maharishi Road. It’s a very local feel here in Malleswaram, with the old markets nearby and people always walking towards the station. We don't have a big reception area, so when people come for training, they usually just walk straight into the main room. It's a practical way to work, and being so close to the station makes the commute easy. It gets a bit noisy when the express trains pass by, but you just wait a second and then keep talking. We’re just a small group working in an old apartment building.
