Customer Care Associate(C.C.A)

We work out of Priyadharshini Nilaya at 5 Kurubarahalli Road. It is a house that has been converted into an office space. You can tell it used to be a home because of the layout. We handle customer service calls and queries from here. It is often quite noisy with everyone talking at the same time. We have headsets on for most of the day. The building is tucked away a bit, so you have to keep an eye out for the house number. We have been here for quite some time now. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some new faces. We do not have a big canteen, so we usually bring our own tiffin boxes. There is a small porch where we sometimes stand to get some fresh air. The work is mostly about listening to problems and trying to find a fix. It can be tiring sitting in the same chair for hours. We do not have any fancy office furniture, just what we need to get the job done. The internet can be temperamental sometimes, which is a bit of a pain. We just deal with it as it comes. It is a simple operation without any corporate frills. People in the area know us as the call center place. We just focus on answering the phones and helping out whoever is on the other end of the line.
