Cosmos Engineerings

Down in Peenya Vakola, at B 246, you’ll find Cosmos Engineerings. It’s right in the middle of everything. Peenya is known for being an industrial hub, so it fits us well. The shop floor is usually loud with machines running, and there’s always a faint smell of oil in the air. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly focusing on the parts and pieces that make larger things work. Our office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main workshop. It’s dusty, and there are stacks of metal everywhere. We don't spend money on fancy signage or carpets. We’d rather have better tools for the jobs we take on. Most of our day is spent looking at specs and making sure things are cut or joined correctly. It’s a hands-on kind of life. We wear work clothes that get stained, and we don't mind. The neighbors are all doing similar work, so there’s a sense of being in it together. If someone needs a part or has a mechanical problem, they just walk in through the big doors. We don't have a formal lobby. You just walk in and find someone with a wrench or a clipboard. It’s straightforward engineering work. We’ve been at B 246 for a long time, and we know every corner of this place. It’s not glamorous, but it’s where the actual making happens every single day. We keep the machines humming and the orders moving out.
