Cosmo Cafe

If you are around Jayanagar 3rd Block, you might have seen Cosmo Cafe. We are located at No.521 on New Diagonal Road. It is right behind Bhima Jewellers, which is a big landmark everyone knows. Our place is not huge, but it fits what we need. We wanted to have a spot where people could just sit and have something simple. The road outside can get quite busy with shoppers and cars, especially on the weekends. Sometimes it feels like the whole of Jayanagar is passing by our door. We spend a lot of time making sure the coffee is hot and the snacks are ready. It’s just a few of us working here. My friend takes the orders and I usually handle the kitchen part. We aren't trying to be one of those high-end places with leather seats and expensive decorations. It’s more of a practical space. We have some wooden chairs and a counter that we built ourselves. Cleaning takes up a lot of our time, honestly. Between the morning rush and the evening crowd, there isn’t much downtime. If you're walking past the jewelry store, you just have to turn into the lane behind it. We've had some regulars for a few years now who come in just to chat. It’s a bit cramped when it gets full, but that’s just how it is in this part of town.
