Corporate Connect Bpo (P) Ltd operates out of Infantry Road and Charni Road. It’s a bit of a split setup, but we make it work. The Infantry Road office is right in the middle of everything. It's an older building with high ceilings and heavy doors that creak a bit. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR team telling people how great we are. We just handle the BPO work that comes through. The desks are pushed close together because space is tight, but it makes it easier to ask someone a quick question. Over at Charni Road, things are a bit similar. It's just a place of work. We have a lot of headsets and monitors everywhere. Most of us have been doing this for a while, so the rhythms of the day are pretty set. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s mostly answering calls and processing data. The break room is just a small table with a kettle, but it’s where we get to know each other. Sometimes we order food together if someone is having a birthday. It’s a simple atmosphere. We come in, we do the hours, and we head back home. That’s the reality of life here at Corporate Connect Bpo (P) Ltd. We don't need a mission statement to know that we have to answer the phones and keep things moving for the clients. It’s just how we get things done around here.
