It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic outside can be quite a lot during the day. Inside, we spend our time working on various design projects. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller team that focuses on getting the work done. Our office is a bit of a mix of computer screens and piles of paper, which happens when you're busy. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and we’ve grown fond of the area despite the noise from the road. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep into a project, and the next thing you know, it’s dark outside. We don't really go for the polished, corporate look. We’d rather just show people what we can do with our hands and our computers. Being near Raheja Park makes it easy for people to find us, which is helpful. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other business, but we keep showing up every morning. It’s not always glamorous, and there’s plenty of stress when deadlines get close, but we like the work. We’re just local people on Magadi Road trying to run a decent design business and keep our clients satisfied. We don't have a big HR department. We just talk to each other and get the designs finished. Sometimes we stay late and order food because a project needs that extra bit of attention.
