Convergys India Services is located at No.43 C V Raman Nagar. We are over in Patel Wadi on Jijanta Marg. It’s a pretty large operation and there is always something happening in the office. You’ll see people coming and going at all hours because of the different shifts we run. It is mostly tech support and customer service stuff going on inside those walls. The area around C V Raman Nagar is usually quite lively and Jijanta Marg has its own pace. Working here means you get used to the sound of typing and people talking on their headsets. It is not a quiet library kind of place. We have rows of desks and a lot of computers that never seem to get turned off. Patel Wadi is where we have set up shop and it serves us well enough. Most of the staff live nearby so it’s a bit of a community feeling even if the work is sometimes repetitive. We don't spend time on fancy speeches about our goals. We just focus on the queues and making sure the systems are running like they should. Some days are longer than others but that is just the nature of this kind of service work. We are a big group but everyone knows their spot. It’s just a regular day at No.43 for us and we keep things moving as best as we can.
