We have our office set up in Bangalore, down in the 560040 area. It is a pretty standard spot for this part of Karnataka. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much from the others on the street, which is fine by us. We mostly spend our time dealing with technical solutions and troubleshooting things that come our way. The weather in Bangalore is usually nice, so we keep the windows open as much as we can, though sometimes the dust from the road gets in. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting at computers or talking over the phone with people who need things fixed. There is a small table in the back where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon break. It’s a quiet enough place to work most of the time. We aren't really interested in the flashy side of the tech world. We just want to do our jobs and get home to our families at a decent hour. Every now and then, the traffic outside gets really backed up, and we all end up staying a bit later just to avoid the mess on the roads. It’s just the way things are here. We have a small team that has been together for a while, so we don't need a lot of rules or formal meetings to know what needs to happen. We just talk across the room and get to it without much trouble or any fancy presentations.
