Conjure

Down in Mahalakshmi Layout, specifically on the 24th Main near 8th Cross, that’s where you’ll find our little setup. We’ve been at 1262 for some time now. It’s a quiet part of the neighborhood, which is good when you need to focus. We mostly work on projects that involve a lot of sitting in front of screens. It’s a small group of us. We aren't big on meetings or anything like that. We just get our coffee and start working on whatever is on the list for that day. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and you can hear the dogs barking outside in the street. The layout is pretty green, and we like the walk to the local shops during lunch. It’s not a fancy office with a lobby or anything. It’s just a practical space with desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of cables. We do our own thing here. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with notes and drawings everywhere. We don't really have a front desk person, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest just goes to open the door. It’s a simple way of working. We’ve gotten to know the neighbors over the years. It’s a comfortable place to be. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the work we have to finish by the end of the week.
