You can find us up on the second floor at No.125 on 16th Cross. Being in Rajaji Nagar 1st Block means there’s always something going on outside our windows. Competitive Tooling Solutions is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve got a decent setup once you get inside. We work on tools and parts, mostly technical stuff that requires a lot of looking at drawings and measuring things. It’s quiet work, for the most part, except for the sound of the machines or someone arguing over a measurement. We aren't a massive factory, just a group of people who know their way around a workshop. The floor is usually covered in little metal shavings, no matter how much we sweep. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we like the local vibe. There’s a good tea shop nearby where we go when the machines need a break. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. We deal with whatever comes through the door, trying to get the specs right every time. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We take the work seriously even if we don't take ourselves too seriously. That’s just how it goes here on the second floor. It's a living.
