Our place is over at No 2127 on 5th Cross in Narasimma Layout. We’re right behind Kumaran School in Ramamoorthy Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling part of Bangalore, so it’s not as crazy as the main IT hubs. Cognizant Technologies Solutions is the name on the door. We aren’t some massive corporate campus with a gym and a pool. It’s just a regular office building where we get our work done. Most of the staff here live in the surrounding areas, so it feels very local. We handle various tech solutions and support roles. Sometimes the street gets blocked by school buses, but we’ve gotten used to that. The office itself is pretty simple—just desks, chairs, and a lot of wires. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn’t really matter for the work we do. We’re just here to solve problems and write code. It can get a bit loud when the school lets out, but otherwise, it’s a decent place to spend the day. We don’t have a lot of management layers here; we just talk to each other and get things finished. It’s an honest, no-nonsense environment. If you need to find us, just follow the road past the school and you’ll see our number. It’s a very straightforward setup for people who just want to work without all the unnecessary bells and whistles.
