We are tucked away at Number 4, 1st Main, 1st Cross in Shakthi Ganapathinagar, which is part of Basaveshwar Nagar in Bangalore. It is a nice enough neighborhood, mostly residential but with a fair share of small businesses like ours. Our office is a very basic setup. We have got some old wooden desks and a few chairs that have seen better days. We are not into the high-tech look that many Bangalore startups go for. We just need a place to sit and focus on our technical projects. Most of our day is spent at our computers, working through various tasks. It is a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple. We know the people at the nearby shops and often stop for tea at the local stall. The building itself is quite plain, and we have not done much to change it since we moved in. We do not have any big company policies or complicated hierarchies. If something needs to be fixed or finished, we just do it. The workspace is usually a bit cluttered with notes and hardware bits, but we know where everything is. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay busy with the work we know how to do.
