City Times

City Times is located at 121/5, right near the Abinaya Theatre at the Abhinaya Road Cross in Chickpet. If you know Chickpet, you know it’s a very crowded and busy part of the city. We are right in the middle of all that action. We mostly deal with watches and clocks. It’s a small shop, which is pretty common for this area where space is hard to come by. We spend our time fixing watches that have stopped or selling new ones to people passing through the market. The sound of the theatre nearby and the people outside is just part of our daily background. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and have seen many shops come and go. Our place is simple. We have our display cases and our workbenches where we do the repairs. It’s not a polished showroom, but it works for us and our customers. Usually, someone drops off a watch, goes to do some shopping in the market, and comes back later to pick it up. We just keep things moving as best as we can. It can be a bit chaotic on the weekends with the crowds, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big website or a marketing team, just our shop on the corner and our regular customers who know where to find us. It is just a normal day here.
