Cipla Ltd

We operate Cipla Ltd out of Manjunatha Layout in Raghuvanahalli, right off Kanakapura Main Road. The address is 5th Cross, number 41, care of Girish Prabhu. It’s a residential-feeling area but we have our setup here in Bangalore. This particular spot is tucked away a bit, so you have to look for the 5th Cross sign carefully or you might drive right past it. We have a few rooms dedicated to our work. It’s not a massive skyscraper or anything like that, just a functional space where we handle our business. The staff here are mostly locals who commute from nearby areas. We usually start early before the traffic on Kanakapura Road gets too bad in the mornings. The office is filled with files and the usual stuff you’d expect like printers and half-empty water bottles. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we just bring our own tiffin or eat at the small places around the corner. It's a steady environment. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing here. We just talk like normal people and get the work done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We spend our time making sure everything is logged correctly and sent out on time. It’s a humble spot but we are always busy with something or other. The neighbors are nice and it is a pretty calm place to work.
