Chocolicious

If you are walking around Mangammana Palya 14, you will come across our place called Chocolicious. It is a bit of a small space when we have a lot of people inside, but we make it work for us. We spend a lot of our hours in the back room where the actual making happens. The smell of the sweets tends to stay on your clothes long after you have left the shop, which is just something we have gotten used to over the years. Mangammana Palya 14 is where we handle everything from start to finish. We have some basic shelves out front where we put the items once they are ready, and sometimes they go fast while other times we have more to show. It involves a lot of standing around and making sure the temperature stays just right so nothing gets ruined by the heat. We are not some big company with a lot of staff. It is just a few of us here making sure the place stays open and the work gets done. We see many of the same faces from the neighborhood stopping in. Some folks just come by to say hello while they are out doing their shopping. We try to keep things simple and not overthink what we are doing here. The kitchen area gets messy and the counters need a lot of cleaning, but that is just the job.
