Choco Swirrl

Down here at Indira Nagar Khetwadi 2991, things usually smell pretty sweet. Choco Swirrl is tucked away in this part of the city, and if you walk by at the right time, you can tell we are busy. It is mostly just about melting, mixing, and setting things out on the trays. We spend a lot of time looking at temperatures and making sure the kitchen isn't too warm, which is hard sometimes in the summer. The shop isn't huge, but it fits everything we need for the work. We have the counters for the displays and the back area where all the actual mixing happens. Sometimes the machines get a bit noisy, or we run out of space for all the cooling trays. We see a lot of the same faces coming in from the neighborhood. It is a nice routine to have. We don't really do much besides the chocolate stuff. Most days involve a lot of washing up because chocolate gets everywhere if you aren't careful. It’s on the aprons, the door handles, even the floor sometimes. We try to keep up with the orders, especially when there is a holiday coming up. Being at 2991 Khetwadi means we get a bit of foot traffic, but a lot of people just know us by word of mouth. It is just a simple operation where we focus on the sweets and hope the power doesn't go out when the fridge is full of finished stock.
