The office is fairly basic, just a place for us to sit down and handle the engineering side of things. We aren't big on flashy displays or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. The roads around here can be a bit tricky with all the new construction, but we've been here long enough to know the shortcuts. Most of our day is spent looking at plans or talking to clients on the phone. It’s quiet enough that we can actually get some work done without too much distraction. We’re just a bunch of engineers and staff trying to keep projects on track. We don't have any vision speeches ready. We just want to make sure the math is right and the designs work like they’re supposed to. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late when there's a deadline, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We like being in this part of Bangalore, it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a business park.
