Call First

Our office, Call First, is located on the 1st floor of Shetty Towers at 548/1 in Indira Nagar. It is a very busy area with shops and cars all over the place. We work from a relatively small space with several desks and a lot of phones. Most of our day is spent talking to different people or coordinating various tasks. It is not a very fancy place, just a regular office with filing cabinets and a water cooler in the corner for the staff. Being on the first floor is quite convenient because we do not have to wait for the slow elevator most of the time. The stairs are a bit narrow, but you get used to them after a few days. We have a few windows that look out over the main street, so we can see the traffic in Indira Nagar while we work. It gets quite noisy outside, but inside we just try to focus on whatever is on our computer screens. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all have to take a quick break until the line comes back up. We are not a big corporation, just a small group of people working together in this building. Shetty Towers has many other offices too, so we see the same faces in the hallway every morning. We do not even have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door so people can find us.
