Caesars Restaurant

We are located at No. 9/1 in Mahalakshmi Chambers. It is a well-known building on M G Road, right near the Oberoi Hotel. Being in the 560001 area means we are right in the heart of the city's old business district. The traffic on M G Road is something we deal with every single day, and the sound of horns and engines is just the background music to our work. We open up the restaurant and start getting the tables set before the office crowds start moving around. Mahalakshmi Chambers has a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of that. The space inside is practical and designed for people who are coming in for a meal during their busy day. We do not have a mission statement or any of those corporate things. We just have a staff that shows up, cooks the food, and cleans the dishes. Sometimes it gets really crowded and we have to move fast, and other times it is quiet enough to catch our breath and look out at the street. It is a lot of manual labor, from carrying heavy crates to scrubbing the floors every night. We are just a regular Bangalore business. We have been here through many seasons, watching the city grow taller around us, but we just keep doing what we do in our corner of M G Road.
