C. S. Surana Products (India) is located at 35, 1st Floor, in the Ranasinghpet area. Getting to us means walking up a flight of narrow stairs, which can be a bit of a workout. We’ve been in this same spot for as long as I can remember. The office is a bit crowded because we have to store a lot of our product samples right here with us. Ranasinghpet is a very busy, traditional neighborhood, so it feels like everyone knows each other’s business. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything modern like that. The name is just painted on the door. My daily routine involves a lot of checking lists and making sure the boxes are ready for the morning pickup. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. I’m usually the one who opens up in the morning and stays late to finish the accounts. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. Most of our customers are people we’ve dealt with for a generation. The furniture is old and the ceiling fan wobbles a bit, but it gets the job done. We like the local vibe of the place. It’s not a polished environment, but it’s where we do our best work. Sometimes we just sit by the window and watch the market activity below while we have our tea. It’s a decent way to live and work.
