C D Adapco (India) Pvt Ltd

We are located at Whitefield 8. Whitefield is a busy place these days, always under construction or full of people going somewhere. Our office at C D Adapco (India) Pvt Ltd is just one of many, but we like our corner of it. Inside, it's mostly rows of computers and a few meeting rooms that we use when we need to hash out a difficult problem. We do a lot of simulation and engineering type work. It requires a lot of concentration. Sometimes you can walk through the office and it’s completely silent because everyone is deep into a model. Other times, we are all standing around a monitor arguing about a specific detail. We don't have any of those fancy office perks like bean bags or ping pong tables. We just have desks and chairs and good internet. That is really all we need to get through the day. The team is made up of people who actually enjoy the technical side of things. We aren't big on meetings that last hours for no reason. We’d rather just get to the point. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes at our desks or sometimes we go out if the weather isn't too hot. Being in Whitefield means we are close to a lot of other companies, but we mostly just stick to ourselves and focus on our specific projects. It's a steady pace here.
