We are Bsbk Eng Pvt Ltd based in Bangalore. Being in a city like this, you’d expect us to be some high-tech software firm, but we are actually into the engineering side of things. Our office is just a regular workspace where we handle project designs and technical planning. We don't have any of those fancy modern office perks like gaming rooms or free snacks. We just have desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. The team here is made of people who actually like building things and figuring out how they work. We've been in Bangalore for quite a while and have seen how much the city has expanded. We mostly stay focused on our own projects. We don't do a lot of advertising because we find that most of our work comes from people who already know us. It’s a bit noisy around here sometimes because of the traffic, but you get used to it. We don't have any corporate speeches or big goals about changing the world. We just try to get the engineering right so the buildings and structures are solid. It’s a lot of looking at blueprints and checking numbers. We are just a group of engineers and office staff doing our jobs every day. It’s a practical business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. There is always a lot of work to finish before the day ends.
