Keerthi Chem Pharma is located over at B-6 in the K. S. S. I. D. C Industrial Estate in Bommasandra. If you know the industrial area, you know it’s a bit of a trek from the main city center. It’s mostly factories and warehouses out here. Our building is a simple industrial unit. It’s built for work, not for looking pretty. We have high ceilings and concrete floors because that’s what makes sense for what we do. The air out in Bommasandra always smells a bit like dust and industry. We start our days early to beat some of the truck traffic coming into the estate. The team here is pretty small, and we mostly wear work clothes because things can get a bit messy. We handle a lot of chemicals and pharma supplies, so we have to be careful, but we don't make a big show of it. It’s just part of the routine. We eat our lunch together in a small break area and talk about the weekend or the weather. There aren't any glossy brochures or fancy receptionists here. You just walk in and find someone working. We like the grit of the industrial estate. It feels like we are actually making things. We’ve been in this B-6 unit for a while, and we’ve got our system down pretty well. It’s honest work in a tough part of town.
