Bite Factory

We are located at No.10 on Umar Sharief Road. If you are walking near Krishna Rao Park in Basavanagudi, you have probably passed by us. It is a great part of the city, full of old trees and people walking their dogs or going for morning jogs. We call the place Bite Factory. It sounds a bit modern, but we are actually pretty traditional in how we handle things. We don't have a big staff. It's just a handful of us making sure everything stays on track. The park brings in a lot of families on the weekends, so those are usually our busiest times. We spend a lot of time cleaning and doing prep work before the doors even open. We don't go in for big advertisements or slogans. We think that if you do things right, people will notice eventually. The building is a regular storefront on a busy street. Sometimes parking can be a bit of a headache for people, but they still find a way to get to us. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We don't rush people out. Most of the folks who come in are from the neighborhood. We know which houses they live in and what they usually like to order. It feels like a small community here. We aren't trying to expand into a giant chain or anything like that. We are happy just being here on Umar Sharief Road. We just keep our heads down and do the work every single day.
