We set up Bit Synergy Precisions over in Mahadevapura, not too far from the Shiva Ganga Layout. It’s a busy industrial and residential mix around here. Our place in Manjalpur is pretty simple. We mostly focus on technical work that requires a lot of concentration and precise measurements. It’s not the kind of thing you can rush through. The shop floor has a few machines that run most of the day, so there’s always a bit of a hum in the background. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees and a human resources department. It’s just a small group of us who know what we’re doing with the equipment. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of parts to get through. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down for a minute. The area has changed quite a bit with all the new buildings going up nearby. Sometimes the dust from the construction next door gets into the shop, so we have to clean the benches more often than we'd like. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s assigned to us. It’s a steady routine, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the machines and the noise from the street outside.
