Our place is Bhuval Watch Agencies and you can find us at 35/2 in the Chada Arcade. This is part of the Hiramani Ratan Shopping Centre over in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, and we also have ties to Chickpet. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the shops and people moving around the shopping center. We deal with watches on a wholesale and retail basis, so there are always boxes coming in and going out. The counter is usually piled up with papers and different watch models. It’s a busy atmosphere and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people are asking for different things at once. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads. We just open up the shutters every morning and start sorting through the stock. Goregaon is a lively area and being in Bangur Nagar means there is always something happening outside. Inside the shop, it’s mostly about checking the inventory and making sure we have what people are looking for. We have been doing this for a while, so we know our way around the different brands and types of watches. It is a practical business. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just shelves and display cases that show what we have available. Most of our regulars are other shopkeepers or locals who have been coming here for years. We just stay focused on the watches every single day.
