Bhojanam Restaurant & Caterers

We are located at number 17, right on the first floor. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you are up there, we have our whole setup running. We do both the restaurant side of things and the catering work from this same spot. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually quite warm in there with all the cooking going on. We have a few tables for people who want to eat in, but a lot of our work involves packing up big containers for events. The first-floor location gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always busy with people and traffic. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just the essential furniture and the counters we need to serve people. Our staff is usually busy either serving the tables or loading up the catering vans parked outside. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure the food stays hot and gets to where it needs to go. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and everyone knows where the stairs are to get to us. It’s a hardworking environment, nothing like those polished places in the malls. We just focus on the cooking and making sure we have enough supplies for the next day. It’s a simple, everyday kind of business for us. We often have to haul bags of rice up those stairs ourselves when the delivery comes.
