Bhojan Dilse

Our place is in J P Nagar, specifically in the 9th Phase area. We are situated at No. 652 in the Royal Park Residency Layout. There is a well-known Tamarind Tree nearby that everyone uses to give directions to this part of the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main roads of J P Nagar, which is nice for us. Our building is a simple residential-style structure where we have set up our operations. Inside, it’s mostly about the kitchen and the prep work. We spend a lot of time preparing ingredients and getting things ready for the day's orders. It’s not a very big team here, just a few of us who have been working together for a while. We don't have fancy signs or big bright lights outside. Most people who come to us are locals from the residency or nearby layouts. We deal with a lot of vegetables and grains every day, and there's usually something boiling on the stove. The layout is quite green, and sometimes you can hear the birds, which is a change from the city center. We just keep to our routine, making sure the food is ready and the kitchen is clean. It’s a small, honest operation where we just try to do our work properly without any fuss. Being near the Tamarind Tree makes it feel like a very grounded, local spot. We keep our delivery bags stacked near the front door ready for the morning.
