Bhimas Biryani Centre

You can find us at No.887 in Nagarathpet, right across from Vishnu Sweets. If you know that area, you know how packed the streets can get. It is one of those parts of town where there is always something happening. We started Bhimas Biryani Centre because we liked the idea of a simple spot where people could get a plate of food without any fuss. It isn't a big place. We have some space for people to sit, but often it's just a lot of standing and quick eating. The morning starts early for us, getting the rice and meat ready. By the time the shops nearby open up, we are usually already busy. We don't spend money on fancy signs or social media. We just stay here at our counter and serve whoever comes in. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the traffic and the noise from the market, but we are used to it by now. The neighbors over at the sweet shop are good people. We have been here long enough that the regulars don't even need to tell us what they want. They just nod and we get their plate ready. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day near the big pots, but it keeps us busy. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just make biryani and hope people like it enough to come back. We keep things moving, and we try to keep the place as clean as we can in such a busy street. It is just a normal life for us here.
