Bhavani Industries is out on Banneraghatta Road, at number 1263/C. If you’ve ever driven down this road, you know how much it has changed over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s a major artery with traffic that never seems to end. Our facility is a practical space built for getting things made. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy sign out front. It’s a place where machines run and people are busy with their hands. Most of us here have been working in this industry for a long time, so we know the smells of oil and metal pretty well. It’s not the kind of work you do in a clean white shirt. We deal with manufacturing and the daily grind of meeting production needs. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we all have to pitch in to get things back on track. It’s a straightforward life. We eat our lunch together and talk about the news or the traffic on the way in. Bannerghatta Road is always a topic of conversation because of the construction. We like being here though, because it feels like we are in the middle of where things are actually being built. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes messy place, but it’s our place. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the orders out the door on time.
