Bharath Natya Coaching Class

Our classes are held on the 1st Floor of a building on 5th Main Road in Hanumantha Nagar. It’s a fairly straightforward setup. You walk up the stairs and you’re right there in the coaching space. Hanumantha Nagar is one of those older parts of Bangalore that still feels like a real neighborhood. There are shops downstairs and houses all around. The floor we use is wide and open, which is what you need for Bharath Natya. We don’t have a lot of furniture because the students need the floor space to move and practice their steps. There’s a bit of a vibration when everyone is practicing at once, but the building is sturdy. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the locals know the sound of the bells by now. It’s a busy road outside, but once you’re inside and the music starts, you don't notice the cars as much. We have a small corner where parents can sit and wait, but mostly it's just the practice area. The light comes in through the windows in the afternoon and makes the whole place feel bright. We keep a simple schedule on the wall. It’s not a fancy studio with mirrors on every wall, just a plain, clean space where the work happens every day. People come from nearby streets and some from further away, but mostly it's a local crowd from around Hanumantha Nagar.
